Primary responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable review and processing
- Month end close
- Monthly financial statement prep
- Journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Quarterly Replacement Reserve submittals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank transfers
- Annual budget prep
- Assist Controller in annual audit process
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with e-Financial/eSite desired.
