Project Description:

  • Assist client with project coordination for a 2 year major renovation and property repositioning, while continuing to maximize investment return.  
  • The project scope included renovation of 470 apartments, clubhouse and all common area amenities.



  • Introduce new higher end price point apartments to Puyallup submarket.
  • Develop and implement re-branding strategy and marketing program reflective of newly renovated apartments.
  • Manage apartment turnover to supply 20 units per month to renovation contractor.



  • Renovation was completed within the 2 year plan.
  • Resident profile was significantly improved.
  • Annual net operating income growth exceeded 30%.
